Farmington Hills, MI (November 14, 2005) - Integral Vision, Inc. (OTCBB / INVI.OB) ) today announced that it has been awarded an approximately $475,000 cost-shared project from Energy Conversion Devices Manufacturing & Machine Building Division (ECD, www.ovonic.com) to provide machine vision inspection on ECD's roll-to-roll manufacturing system. This project originates from a United States Display Consortium (USDC, www.usdc.org) contract to ECD to develop a high-resolution roll-to-roll optical inspection system for flexible web display substrates.

Charles J. Drake, Chairman and C.E.O. of Integral Vision commented that, "We are pleased to have the opportunity to work with ECD to provide machine vision inspection for the detection of blemishes and particle defects in web-based material. This project will apply our web-inspection capabilities and our display inspection expertise to a manufacturing process that can be used for flexible displays, electronics, and OLED lighting applications."
